Changing or Cancelling an Order
Before you request a change or cancellation, it is best to check the status of your order which you will have been notified of by email. It is important that during the order process you supply us with an up to date email address that you use regularly as this is how we will communicate your order progress to you. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if the status is on 'Order Received/Pending'. If the status is ‘processing’ or ‘dispatched’ then it is in the process of being made or has already been dispatched and, unfortunately, cannot be amended or cancelled.
It is best to email us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order at email@example.com and place your order no. in the subject line, alternatively call us on weekdays between 9am to 4pm on 07484 691 559. Please have your order number or the email address you used in the purchase available so we can answer your query as quickly as possible.
Emails are answered during business hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) in the order they are received. It is therefore possible during busy times that your order could begin processing before your email is read and we will be unable to make any changes requested in the email.
Any handmade or personalised items cannot be changed, so please be careful and check the text you request when placing the order.
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible and almost always within 2 working days from the receipt of your order. We deliver to the address given at checkout. We can also deliver to alternative addresses, but cannot be held responsible if the address is inputted incorrectly or is an old address in PayPal – The PayPal address will overwrite our system so please ensure it is up to date.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
None Receipt Of Goods
Any items not received must be notified to us within 14 days of dispatch, you will receive an email saying that your goods have been dispatched. Should you package not be received you must inform us of this within 14 days of the dispatch date for us to be able to investigate.
Returns and Refunds
At ihearthomes, we always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
We have a 14 day Returns Policy. We sincerely hope that you are very happy with your items, however if for any reason you are not entirely happy please email us immediately (within 3 days) and let us know. We can organise a return for you, providing the item is in it's original condition with tags etc present. We cannot cover return postage costs and recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, in case a parcel doesn't reach us.
Where an item is faulty or damaged, we will ask you to return it to us within three days of receipt. We cannot cover return postage costs and recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, in case a parcel doesn't reach us and so that when the item reaches us we can reimburse the postage. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt. Returns are not available on any personalised item.
We recognise customer’s privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We never provide any information to any third parties.....the only thing we will only ever use your email address for is to keep you updated on an order or tell you about our gorgeous new items and promotions.
