Hello there, my name is Sandie and I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to visit my website. ihearthomes.co.uk is a small business, and I appreciate you spending your time and money on my website! At the end of your emails and Social Media communications is a person, who really cares about you, what you purchase and the experience you have. When things go wrong, I’m mortified, but also as a small business I don’t have the muscle to be able shout quite as loud as the bigger businesses and this can often be frustrating.

1. How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery is with the Royal Mail and is set according to size and weight of your order.

2. How can I pay?
We currently offer Credit, Debit and Paypal as payment options, which allows you to use all Credit and Debit cards to securely pay for your item. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. All payments are completely secure for your piece of mind.
3. What About Returns?
We endeavour to make sure all our customers are very happy with their order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please do email us and we can arrange a return. The item will need to be sent back to us, in an unused condition with tags etc still attached. We do not cover return postage costs unless the item was received faulty or broken. We currently have a 14 day return policy. All damages must be reported within 7 days from receiving the item. After this damages or missing items cannot be claimed for.
Please note returns are not possible on personalised items, should you change your mind. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your personalised item, please let us know. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, after this time damages cannot be claimed for.
4. Do prices include VAT?
No , we are no longer VAT registered.
5. Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes, you can always deliver to a different address, just fill this in at check out. You can also add a message if you like, just email and we will add this for you.
6. Do you offer a giftwrap service?
Most items are wrapped in tissue paper as standard, where possible, which adds a nice touch if the item is for a gift. We can add a message if required, just email us your message, along with name etc. If you would like your gift to look extra special we can also offer an additional giftwrap service where we will add ribbons and a tag for £1.50. Please just email us and ask.
